主讲人简介：

Tingting Yan is the Jerry S. Rawls Endowed Professor in Supply Chains from Rawls College of Business, Texas Tech University. Her research interests are in areas of supplier innovation and supply network, and her research focus has been toward questions of how firms better innovate through managing their supply network, and understanding suppliers’ extended networks? Professor Yan has published in major journals on this topic including in Journal of Operations Management, Journal of Supply Chain Management, Decision Sciences, International Journal of Production Economics, among others. She is the current Co-Editor in Chief for the Journal of Supply Chain Management and is an associate editor for the Journal of Operations Management.

活动简介：

Professor Yan will focus on tips (from personal experience) for the publication process, at different stages of a research project and during the review process. She will use examples from her own work , as well as from her experience as an Associate Editor and now Editor. She will also discuss the review process at JSCM, such as the Journal's view of “theoretical contributions” and its unique review process. This will be a largely informal discussion and a rare opportunity to discuss the publishing process at major Operations and Supply Chain Management journals.
